Could this be the Movie Version of Arcee?

Following the suspected Prowl set photos from the weekend, here we have a photo of Ironhide and an unknown vehicle. It appears to be a jet-ski with wheels but is it a Transformer?

Could this be fan favorite, Arcee’s alternate mode? The last movie’s toyline featured Arcee. She had an alternate black repaint too. It could be a great vehicle to pair up with Megan Fox.
