Ghost Rider

Ghost Rider started off the comic movie year. It starred comic fan Nick Cage and super-hottie Eva Mendez. The effects were great but over all the movie needed to be darker. Only 2.8% voted Ghost Rider as their favorite film of ‘07.

The “I Waited All My Life For This?” Award Goes To…

Spider-Man 3

Venom first appeared in comics nearly 20 years ago. A whole generation of fans waited and drooled at all the fantastic trailers for SM3. Unfortunately it seems SM3 didn’t meet anyone’s expectations. Voters said SM3 was the most disappointingly film of the year.

The “Should Have Seen it” Award Goes To…

TMNT

9.4% of voters thought TMNT was the most disappointing while 13.9% voted TMNT as their favorite movie. I think many people avoided this movie because they thought it was just a kids movie. It was PG but the action was crazy. TMNT wasn’t afraid to poke fun at it’s self either. The DVD would make a good gift to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet but enjoyed the Ninja Turtles growing up.

The “We Want a Sequel Anyway!” Award Goes To…

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

18.8% of voters said this movie was the most disappointing.
But I think we can all agree that we want to see more Silver Surfer. We will even totally forgive the first two FF movies if the real Galactus shows up in a solo Surfer movie.

After watching 300 it was a guarantee that you were yelling “SPARTA” for the rest of the weekend. When Wendy’s gives you the wrong burger you’d tell them “This is madness!”

The Transformers

You made it loud and clear that this is your favorite of ‘07. 44.4% of you voted Transformers the best film of the year. Despite all the negative publicity that rumbled before the movie release people still went to theaters in droves to see this movie. People walked out of this movie wanting to go right back in and watch it again.
