The Return of Marvel Comics Presents

September will see the return of Marvel Comics Present (MCP).
The original MCP ran from 1988 to 1992. It was an anthology series that was released biweekly . Probably the best known story to come from MCP was Weapon X by Barry Windsor-Smith.
I loved MCP back in the day and am looking forward to this new series. MCP will showcase characters and creators that haven’t gotten their own series yet. So far here are the known creative teams, Marc Guggenheim & Dave Wilkins; Rich Kowalski & Andrea DeVito; Kathryn & Stuart Immonen; Stuart Moore & Clayton Henry; and Nelson Decastro.

I hope the stories are written for this comic and aren’t just run off of minis that didn’t happen. Maybe this could be like the unlimited series where they get unkowns to write 8 page stories.
