LOST really is the best show on television but many people can’t get into it because of its lengthily and tangled continuity. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard friends say that they tried watching LOST once, but “didn’t get it.”

Season 3 starts in October and it will be a great jumping on point. So here is a guide to help you catch up.
